The first international break of the season offers a chance for a host of our academy players to feature for their national youth teams this month.
Ceadach O’Neill‘s fine start to the season has earned him a place in the Northern Ireland U21 side.
The winger will take part in the training camp before facing Georgia in their opening match of UEFA Euro U21 qualifying. Northern Ireland and Georgia have been drawn in a group with Germany, Greece, Latvia, and Malta.
Elsewhere, Max Dowman is in the England U19 as Will Antwi’s side gets ready to take on Ukraine, Spain and the Netherlands. Max will be taking on a familiar face when coming up against the Dutch, with summer signing Demaine Agustien representing the Netherlands U19s.
Goalkeeper Jack Porter is representing England U18s at the Costa De La Luz U18 international tournament in Spain. Jack, who signed his first professional contract last month, will face Uzbekistan, Morocco and Canada.

Josiah King has earned a call-up to the England U17s side as they prepare for 2026 UEFA U17 EURO qualifying in October with three warm-up matches against Venezuela, Israel and Germany, all taking place in Duisburg.
Elsewhere, we have a duo of Wales call-ups, with Brayden Clarke representing the under-19s and Alex Marciniak in the under-18s. Brayden will be taking on Austria and Belgium at Colwyn Bay, with Alex heading to the far east to take on Japan and Australia, both in Niigata.
New scholar Callan Hamill will also be playing international football this break. The full-back is with the Scotland under-17s, taking on Serbia, Portugal and Italy in a trio of international friendlies.
