The curiosity to discover what treasures an old house hides and the possibility of giving them a second life is again a plan for this weekend in Valencia. After the success of previous editions in neighborhoods like Patraix, the phenomenon of “emptying” houses now moves to the Eixample, specifically to a large house of 170 square meters.
A centrally located house in Joaquín Costa street organizes three open days to liquidate furniture, decoration and vintage jewelry only this week.
Behind this call is Entre Tesoros Market, a collective that organizes direct sales appointments of antiques. In this case, the open house sale will be next November 21, 22 and 23.
The event will take place at 41 Joaquín Costa Street. Visitors will be able to walk through the rooms of the apartment and purchase any of the objects on display.

Unlike a conventional flea market, here the items are presented in their original context. Among the pieces available for sale are complete sets of glassware and tableware from classic firms such as La Cartuja and Santa Clara. Due to the expectation that these home markets usually generate, the organization has established a hybrid entry system to ensure a comfortable shopping experience.
Friday 21 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm will be reserved for those who download their free ticket through Eventbrite (tickets sold out).
For the rest, from 17:00 hours on Friday, and throughout Saturday and Sunday, admission will be free and without reservation until full capacity is reached. The organizers emphasize that these schedules have been established “so as not to hinder or disturb the community of neighbors”.
