This happens because Earth’s atmosphere scatters blue light, leaving only the red tones to reach our eyes. The best time to see it? Why “Strawberry Moon”? The name comes from Native American traditions, marking the start of strawberry season. It’s also called the Honey Moon or Rose Moon in Europe, linked to summer’s arrival, perfect for a romantic evening under the stars.
