BLUESEA has formalized this January the Acquisition of the companies leasing the Moondreams brand hotels, corresponding to the group’s vacation division Soho Boutique HotelsThis operation involves the integration of 17 new hotels to the company’s portfolio, totaling 1.811 roomsThe establishments are located in tourist enclaves such as Costa del Sol, Cullera, Ibiza, Menorca, Costa de la Luz, Costa de Almería, Cantabria and PontevedraThe company has assumed the administrative management of these assets from the January 1While operational and commercial management will become effective from February 1.

 

In addition, the group adds to its portfolio the management of Hotel Rey Carlos, an establishment of 3 stars located at Playa del Ingles, Gran Canaria, with 141 roomsIn the coming months, this hotel will be the subject of a reform process with the aim of updating its proposal and aligning it with the standards of the chain.

 

Also included is the Torremolinos Hotel Center, in the heart of Torremolinos (Malaga), with 110 rooms, reinforcing BLUESEA’s consolidated presence in this key destination of the Costa del Sol.

 

Finally, it is added to the portfolio The Cicer, a complex of 40 apartments located in the center of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria – City Life, History & Island Vibes, just 100 meters from Las Canteras Beach, one of the most sought-after urban enclaves for national and international travelers.

 

It is worth remembering that the process was successfully completed at the end of December. definitive acquisition of Labranda / Meeting Point Hotels, a key operation for the group’s expansion, with the incorporation of 15 new establishments in the Canary Islands.

 

As a result of all these operations, BLUESEA will progressively carry out a rebranding of the various hotels, which will now operate under the brand BLUESEA HotelsAs well as their inclusion on the brand’s new corporate website (blueseahotels.com). 

 

With these new additions, BLUESEA Hotels reaches a total of 63 hotels and manages a volume of 9.560 rooms, positioning itself as one of the Top 10 hotel chains in Spain , as a leader in the “Value for Money” segment.

 

This significant growth is part of the group’s strategy to consolidate a management model focused on vacation tourism, with Functional accommodations, well located and designed for a diverse traveler, under a clear proposal:
