A BRITISH man has been found dead at a Costa del Sol marina.
The 57-year-old’s body was pulled out of the water yesterday at the Puerto Marina after it was spotted by a passerby.

Emergency responders rushed to the scene to save the man’s life after the alarm was raised in the morning around 8.45am.
A spokesperson for the police confirmed the man who died was a British national.
It is not clear if the man was a local or was holidaying in the area.
Investigators could not confirm whether he owned a boat in the marina, which is a popular going-out place with late-night bars and restaurants frequented by British holidaymakers and expats.
An investigating magistrate has been placed in charge of an ongoing probe into the incident.
One official said: “The body of a man was found this morning in the port of Benalmadena this morning.
“The coordination centre then mobilised the Health Emergency Centre, the Civil Guard, the Red Cross, Maritime Rescue, the National Police and the Local Police.
“Health and police sources have confirmed the discovery of the body of a 57-year-old man, although no further details have been released at this time regarding the circumstances surrounding this incident.”
In November 2019, a British holidaymaker drowned at the marina in a mystery incident after becoming separated from his friends during a night out.
Andrew Wallace, 54, from Bolton, was found dead hours after he vanished when a local went to get his boat to go out sailing.
His holiday friends had already reported him missing at a police station near the hotel they were staying at in Benalmadena.
A subsequent autopsy in Bolton revealed he had injuries to his chest and arms, where he is believed to have tried to make a desperate attempt to climb out of the water in the area where he fell.
An inquest into his death in the UK later heard Mr Wallace was found tangled with or “attached” to a boat’s mooring rope and partially submerged in the marina.
The Spanish authorities concluded that Mr Wallace had died of “asphyxia by submersion” and ruled out any third-party involvement.
Just days ago, another Brit holidaymaker died on Spain’s Costa Tropical, south of Granada, after coming off his bike.
The 57-year-old tourist is said to have “passed out” while he was on the N-340 road on the outskirts of the resort town of Almunecar.
He was pronounced dead at the scene following unsuccessful attempts by local police to revive him.
The man had reportedly been staying at a hotel in Nerja in the neighbouring province of Malaga around 12 miles west of the spot where he died.

Witnesses told emergency responders the cyclist had fallen off his bike before it emerged the incident was probably linked to a health problem he had suffered while he was practising a sport.
