SAN FULGENCIO is gearing up for a very special two-day event, taking place over the weekend of December 20 and December 21: the San Fulgencio Christmas Fair, a grand event that has become a popular annual and festive affair, attracting locals and visitors alike to the town’s lovely Plaza de la Constitución, the central square of the municipality.

A long-awaited Christmas Fair to ring in the holiday season in San Fulgencio

The San Fulgencio Christmas Fair will host a wide range of activities for all ages. This year’s event will include creative workshops for children and families, live performances and entertainment throughout the event from talented local artists, and free hot chocolate available for visitors, to keep the festive spirit alive and guests warm and content. Designed as a family-friendly community event, the Christmas Fair celebrates the holiday spirit in a relaxed, friendly, and local atmosphere, and is open to residents and visitors in the Vega Baja and Costa Blanca South area.

Plaza de la Constitución to be transformed

The fair will take place in Plaza de la Constitución, transforming the town’s central square into a festive meeting point where neighbours, friends and visitors can gather to enjoy seasonal activities and celebrate Christmas together in a welcoming community setting. The event is expected to attract families from across the Vega Baja and Costa Blanca South looking for a relaxed and traditional Christmas experience.

Locals and visitors alike can expect a warm and festive atmosphere, with a strong family-friendly vibe. Traditional and seasonal treats will be available at the fair, as well as hands-on sessions for families and local visitors, Christmas-themed activities, seasonal music, and family-friendly shows.

All in all, the San Fulgencio Christmas Fair promises a festive, family-oriented way to come together and celebrate the season at the heart of the community.

Spain is one of my favourite places to visit. The weather, the food, people and way of life make it a great place to visit.
