suspended halloween event 2024 morro jable fuerteventura

The Pájara Town Council has decided to suspend the Halloween festive activities, scheduled for today, Thursday, October 31, on the occasion of the three days of official mourning decreed by the Government of Spain, as a sign of condolence to the families and loved ones of those who died and disappeared during the floods caused by the DANA in mainland Spain.

Halloween events will be postponed until next Monday, November 4, while the cultural and sporting activities of the municipality will continue as planned. However, a minute of silence will be observed before the start of each of them in honour of the victims of the storm.

Pájara Town Council sends a message of support and solidarity in these difficult times, and thanks the work of all the emergency personnel who are collaborating in dealing with this emergency.

Spain is one of my favourite places to visit. The weather, the food, people and way of life make it a great place to visit.
