Infinitum, a real estate and golf resort situated on the Costa Dorada, has unveiled plans for the third phase of its residential project, Morell. This new phase will feature 90 two-, three- and four-bedroom flats, designed with generous proportions and nestled in prime locations within the resort. Following the success of its two previous phases, the project aims to strengthen Infinitum’s real estate portfolio. The first phase, which comprised 150 homes, sold out within a year, while the second phase, currently under construction, has sustained a strong sales momentum.
Phase three will showcase exclusive three-storey buildings, with six flats on each floor. Each residence will range in size from 93 m² to 166 m² and will benefit from communal areas, including swimming pools and green spaces. The development will also include features tailored to modern needs, such as charging points for electric vehicles.
Designed by the Barcelona-based studio Batlle i Roig, the Morell development meets the criteria for BREEAM certification, ensuring its commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. This approach aligns with the resort’s green strategy, which has previously been recognised through initiatives such as GEO certification and the implementation of conservation practices on its golf courses.
