Through its TikTok account, the National Police have shared a video in which they advise maximum caution when going to the beach or swimming pool in an all-inclusive hotel.
“Beware. Just because you come to an all-inclusive hotel does not mean that you have private security guarding your belongings. You are on holiday and you have come to enjoy yourself, so don’t let anyone or anything spoil it,” the video advises.

Cops say carry your bag in front of you, as it provides better visibility and control. This reduces the risk of thieves taking advantage of the lack of visibility and ease of access to steal belongings that do not belong to them.
Tourists are also told to only take essentials to the swimming pool in tourist accommodation spots. Police are reminding British holidaymakers in the European Union holiday hotspot over the importance of leaving the most valuable items, such as a watch or jewellery, in the room.
It comes as officials in Majorca and Ibiza have launched a crack down on booze-fuelled chaos and drunken behaviour.
Balearic Government chiefs say they want to improve the image of the party resorts which have a reputation for boozy and bad behaviour.
Travel agent Thomas Cook warned: “Please be advised that a decree has been issued by the Balearic Government on a new restriction for All Inclusive meal option.
“There is a maximum of six alcoholic drinks per person per day that can be served and these drinks will be provided only during lunch and dinner ( 3 each).
“Please be aware that Magalluf, El Arenal, Playa de Palma in Majorca and Sant Antoni in Ibiza, there is new restriction on All Inclusive.”
