Viktor Gyokeres makes his first start for us since November 1, as one of five changes to the team that faced Aston Villa at the weekend.

Mikel Arteta also brings in Christian Norgaard, Myles Lewis-Skelly, Noni Madueke and Gabriel Martinelli as he shuffles his pack to face Club Brugge in Belgium.

There is no Jurrien Timber in the squad, so there will be a reshuffle in defence, while Declan Rice and Leandro Trossard are also not involved.

Gabriel Jesus has been added to the Champions League squad in time to take his place on the bench, hoping for his first taste of competitive action for 332 days.

Academy midfielder Louie Copley (19) is also among the subs, alongside fellow teenagers Josh Nichols and Marli Salmon.

Former Sunderland and Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet returns in goal for the hosts, Carlos Forbs also comes into start in the only other change from their 3-2 defeat to St Truiden at the weekend.

It’s the first game in charge for new Club Brugge manager Ivan Leko.

Spain is one of my favourite places to visit. The weather, the food, people and way of life make it a great place to visit.
